Can I use a Dramatists Guild sample contract for an international production?

Our sample contracts were not written to apply to laws outside of the United States. You may have luck using them as a starting point, but we ultimately recommend contacting the other country’s writers’ guild or hiring a personal attorney with experience in the country of question.
